Use of Apex is expected to remain fair, lawful, and respectful of service integrity. Abuse, fraud, exploits, ban evasion, or interference may lead to restriction or termination.
These sections apply whenever you access or use Apex services.
By accessing or using Apex RSPS, the Apex website, the account hub, or related services, these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are accepted. If that is not agreeable, the services should not be used.
Account credentials are expected to be kept confidential, and activity performed through an account remains the responsibility of the account holder. Information provided during account creation and maintenance is expected to be accurate. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, exploitation, harassment, unauthorized access, or policy violations may be suspended or terminated.
Access obtained through Apex may include digital benefits, ranks, credits, keys, bundles, or related service features within the game environment. These are licensed and limited in nature and do not constitute personal property. Apex may modify, rebalance, replace, or remove systems, benefits, or service features as part of operation, maintenance, moderation, balancing, or development.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. Raw card details are not stored on Apex web servers. Payment processors may apply their own terms, compliance checks, and dispute procedures.
The website and game services must not be misused through unauthorized access attempts, abuse of payment systems, ban evasion, service interference, bug exploitation, disallowed automation, impersonation, or violation of applicable law.
Apex services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or permanent preservation of digital content, progress, or service features is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated where necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, legal compliance, service integrity, or policy enforcement.
