This policy explains how Apex handles digital purchase issues, delivery problems, disputes, and refund requests.

The main rules around digital purchases, delivery, and payment disputes.
If something appears to have gone wrong, Apex should be contacted quickly so records and delivery logs can still be reviewed while the event remains fresh.
These sections explain how Apex currently treats store disputes and recovery requests.
Transactions made through Apex relate to digital services and virtual benefits used within the game environment. Unless required by law, charges are generally treated as non-refundable once the associated benefit has been delivered or made available.
Benefits attached to Apex accounts are licensed for in-game use only. They are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable into real-world currency, and should not be treated as stored monetary value.
If an expected benefit does not appear correctly or is materially impaired by a service fault, Apex should be contacted promptly with the relevant account and order details. Logs, payment records, and delivery records may be reviewed before replacement, correction, store credit, or another remedy is considered.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Apex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate associated accounts while the matter is investigated or resolved.
If a payment processor causes a technical fault or duplicate charge, the issue may also need to be handled through that processor. Apex is not responsible for operational failures originating solely from third-party payment systems.
Refunds, credits, or reversals are handled at Apex’s discretion except where consumer law requires otherwise. Abuse of refund systems, fraudulent claims, or policy violations may result in account action. For order and refund questions, contact admin@apexrsps.com.
If a purchase was not delivered correctly, contact support with the account name and order details.
