Completionist Cape

The Completionist cape is the server's end-game trophy. It is not bought or dropped — it is claimed once you have finished every requirement on the list, and it comes in a normal and a trimmed version.

Where to claim it

Talk to Mac (the skillcape master) and pick "Completionist cape." from his dialogue.

That opens the Completionist interface, which shows every requirement colour-coded:

Colour	Meaning
🔴 Red	Not started
🟡 Yellow	In progress
🟢 Green	Complete

Click any requirement to print your exact progress and a hint to the chatbox, for example:

[Comp cape] Kill Vet'ion: 43/100 (43%) - 57 to go.
Kill count is tracked automatically as you kill it.

Use the two cape boxes to switch between the normal and trimmed version before you claim — the preview and the cost update to match.

Cost

Cape	Cost
Completionist cape	5,000,000 Platinum tokens
Completionist cape (trimmed)	5,000,000 Platinum tokens + 50,000 Donator Points

The Platinum tokens must be in your inventory when you click Claim — tokens in the bank do not count. 5,000,000 tokens is 5B gp.

You can claim both capes, but you pay the full price each time and you cannot own two of the same cape at once.

The requirements

Progression

#	Requirement	Target
1	Prestige your account	20× — or 5× on Zezima and Insane
2	Max all city reputations	All 4 — Edgeville 15,000, Falador 10,000, Kebos 8,000, Varrock 8,000
3	Complete 65% of all achievements	69 of 105
4	Complete all combat achievements	370 of 419 (see below)
5	Complete all quests	Every quest on the server
6	Complete 25 collection log entries	25 of 74 — an entry counts only when you have every unique from it
7	Unlock everything in the Slayer shop	All 51 unlocks and extensions
8	Carry 5B in Platinum tokens	5,000,000 in your inventory

Boss kill counts

Boss	Kills
General Graardor	250
Commander Zilyana	250
Kree'arra	250
K'ril Tsutsaroth	250
Callisto	100
Venenatis	100
Vet'ion	100
Chaos Elemental	100
Chaos Fanatic	100
Crazy Archaeologist	100
Scorpia	100
Nex	150
Corporeal Beast	150
Yama	50
Doom of Mokhaiotl	50

Kill counts are tracked automatically. Only the real boss counts — minions, spawns and pets (Venenatis spiderlings, Scorpia's offspring, Yama's Disciples/Judges/Voices, Callisto cubs, "Jr." pets) do not add to your kill count. Radiant versions of a boss do count, and Radiant Yama counts toward the Yama requirement.

Which combat achievements are required?

370 of the 419 combat achievements are required. The 49 that are not required are the against-the-clock tasks that need a full raid team:

Four- and five-scale raid speed tasks (Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood)
The Grandmaster timed raid tasks
Single-boss Speed-Trialist / Speed-Runner / Speed-Chaser tasks

Still required:

Every Perfect task (31) — no-mistake kills
Every Perkless task (4)
Solo timed tasks — Chambers of Xeric solo, Nightmare solo, Inferno speed
Trio timed tasks — Chambers of Xeric trio, Theatre of Blood trio

These are hard, but every one of them can be done by a single player or a group of three.

Perks

Both capes carry the Max cape's teleports and features — Teleports, Features, Warriors' Guild, Fishing Teleports, Crafting Guild, POH teleport and portals, Spellbook swap — and act as an infinite woodcutting/firemaking tool like the Max cape does.

Tips

Open the interface early and click through the rows: most requirements are things you will pass

naturally while maxing and bossing, so the list tells you what is actually left.

City reputation is the slowest one to start — see ::rep for how each city earns reputation.
Collection log entries need every unique from a source, so finish the short logs first.
Do not spend your Platinum tokens on anything else once you are close; the claim consumes them.
